Should be titled in the WTF of the week category, but truthfully it would be WTF of the hour with how many people out there do stuff like this...but alas, I don't have the time.
But at least this person is staying with a theme...like the lizard guy and the tiger guy.
I say person because I have no idea if this one is male or female from the pic.
I assume male because we seem to do more stupid things then women, to be sure.
